Frances Elizabeth (Beth Pounders) Allison

FRANCES ELIZABETH (BETH POUNDERS) ALLISON passed away on November 15th at St. Vincent's Hospital. She was born on October 21st, 1953. Among her most prized accomplishments, Beth went back to college at 27 years old and finished with a 4.0 grade point average in Education. She spent the next 13 years teaching elementary school in the Little Rock School District. She loved her students like they were her own and made a difference in many young lives. She was a much loved and proud mother of 3 wonderful children and "Mimi" to 7 amazing grandbabies. Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie and Pat Casey and her sister Sue Anne Casey. Survivors include her two daughters, Anne Pounders (Steve Allen) and Lisa Sajovitz (Scott), along with her son Jonathan Pounders (Brittney) and her 7 grandchildren. Her brother, Rob Casey in Georgia, and a special friend Larry Lilly, also survive her. She leaves a wonderful legacy in her children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed.
