Frances Juanita Cloud Whittecar

FRANCES JUANITA CLOUD WHITTECAR (80) of Little Rock was granted her angel wings on November 15, 2018. She was a devoted mother, independent and a very hard worker. She joins her parents, who preceded her in death, Roy Deviney, and Bill and Edna Tracy, her brothers, Junior and Bobby Deviney, and her late husband Richard M. Whittecar. She leaves behind, to cherish her in memory, daughter's Betty (Tom) Clark, Crickett (Lovey) Broomas, sons Michael (Norma) Cloud and Ricky Cloud. "The joy of her life" her grandchildren Adam (April) Clark, Cristina (Jeff) Easterling, Sonya (Kenny) Hudgins, Ryan (Charlotte) Clark, and twelve great-grandchildren. Her surviving sisters are, Pauline Phillips and Deloris (Roger) Sumpter. And numerous nieces and nephews. Juanita was an avid fisher and hunter. She retired from her life long career as a repair technician for Timex after forty years. Services for Mrs. Whittecar will be held at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home on Tuesday November 20th, 2018 at 2pm, with a visitation at 1pm prior to the service.
