Robert H. Raff, 82, of Little Rock passed away peacefully on November 26, 2018 surrounded by his children. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Marjorie and is survived by his children Kim, Courtney and Robert. Bob was born in West Helena on June 27, 1936. A graduate of the University of Arkansas and a proud Kappa Sigma. He began his married life as a teacher and football coach in Newport - winning the State Championship in 1963. The next year he moved to Little Rock and to begin his lasting career with Parts Warehouse, Inc. - becoming President in 1989. Bob was very active in Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association, AWDA, the leading auto parts industry association. Over the years, he earned every major industry award including the AWDA Man of the Year in 1993 and in 1994, he entered the Automotive Hall of Fame for distinguished service. In 1998, the Manufacturers Association, MEMA, awarded Bob with the Triangle Award - the highest honor awarded by the automotive manufacturers. Bob was all about golf and anything Razorback! His favorite memories were playing a round of golf with Jack Nicklaus and his quest to play the top 100 golf courses. A visitation for Bob will be from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, November 30 at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th Street. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 1 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in his name, in honor of his late wife, Margie to Power For Parkinson's of Austin Texas. www.powerforparkinsons.org/memorial.
