Debra Melbourne, 60, of Hardy, died March 30, 2019. She was an outdoors enthusiast loving camping, water and snow skiing. Survivors: husband, Dan; sons, Dustin and Devon; grandchild, Oaklee; mother, Wanda Kelly, brother, Sean. Memorial service: 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, in Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland.
