Howard Wallace "Shorty" Morris Jr. passed away Wednesday. Survivors are brother, Robert Morris (Kathy) of Ulm; sisters, Vera Doepel (Dennis) of Ulm and Catherine Morris of Stuttgart; and niece and nephews.
