Michael Lynn Chambers

Michael Lynn Chambers, 63, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 30, 2019. He was born on January 31, 1956 to Vera Waller and Lynn "Bud" Chambers and lovingly raised by Vera and Edward Waller. Mike was a Lonoke High School graduate and spent most of his career as a successful salesman. He devoted himself to his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, driving fast, listening to loud music, and being with his family. The first time he saw his beloved wife of 40 years, he said to his coworker, "I'm going to marry that girl." Mike was always determined to get what he wanted, provide well for his family, teach them unforgettable lessons, and live each day to the fullest. Each morning he woke up, he exclaimed, "Thank you Lord for another day." Preceding him in death were his mother Vera Waller; brother Billy Joe Chambers and grandparents Elston and Mary VanWinkle, John and Pearl Waller and Jeff and Lola Chambers. Survivors include his wife Pamela Chambers; children, Erin Chambers Craig and husband Nathan, Ryan Chambers and Austin Chambers; brothers, Mark Waller, Keith Waller, Kyle Waller, Heath Chambers and Ronny Chambers; father, Eddie Waller; birth father, Bud Chambers; grandchildren, Liam and Madelyn Brown; honorary grandchildren John Mike Butler and Shelby and Tyler Legate. Mike is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 2 p.m. in Boyd Funeral Home Chapel with a burial following in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
