Richard E. Schrunk

Richard E. Schrunk, 70, of Austin, Ark, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019. He was born on July 25, 1948 to the late Wilmer and Virginia (Hansen) Schrunk in Sioux City, IA. He is also preceded in death by brothers, Ronald and Garry Schrunk. Richard retired from the Air Force after 20 years of honorable service. He then worked as a Cellular Equipment Engineer for 20 years. Richard was the epidemy of a family man and enjoyed RVing, wood working and teaching his grandchildren about loving life. Richard is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia Schrunk; son, Rick Schrunk (Ashley) of Cabot; daughter, Tamara Baldwin (Mike) of Beebe; four grandchildren: Samantha, Erika, Brandon, and Jason; one great-grandchild, Carson; two brothers, James Schrunk (Mary), John Schrunk (Bunny); sister, Judith Lillie; and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Ark. 72116.
