Helen Joyce Irven

Helen Joyce Irven, 67 of Springdale passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019 at her home. She was born September 22, 1951 in Huntsville, Ark. to Joe Edward and Mary Gwendolyn Martin Yingst. Helen worked as a waitress. She enjoyed gardening, feeding birds, riding her lawn mower and shopping. She was preceded in death by her husband, Butch Irven, one brother, Phillip Yingst and her parents. Survivors include two sons, Ricky Joe Smith and wife Debbie of Elkins and Anthony Smith and wife Savannah of Springdale; two daughters, Stephanie Pierson and husband Kevin of Fayetteville and Corena Bremer of Springdale; one sister, Marena Glur of Springdale, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 2pm at Bluff Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Moppin officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 to 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
