Charles Ray Rettstatt, age 72, of Jacksonville passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Rosa Rettstatt. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Brenda Rettstatt; daughters, Shelley, Kristi and Sara; and five grandchildren.
