Christine Ruth Clardy

Christine Ruth Clardy, 79, of Bentonville died April 7th at Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 8th, 1939 to Ruth and William Mattes. Christine was a loving mother and friend. She was active in church as a teacher and counselor. She loved visiting the Amish country. Christine was a Master Quilter and had been published in multiple magazines. Christine was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Owen Ray Clardy, and brother, Bill. She is survived by five children; Fred, Kim, Jeff, John, Stephan, 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren. A memorial service in Christine's honor will be at 602 Pine Tree Drive, Pineville, Missouri on Wednesday, April 10th beginning at 2 p.m. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home.
