Charles B. Tillman, 62, of St. Louis, Mo., departed this life Monday, April 8, 2019 at St. Louis Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Tjwanda Tillman of St. Louis, Missouri; three brothers, Earl (Lillie) Sims of Little Rock, Arkansas, Hosea Tillman of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Walter Tillman of Little Rock, Arkansas; three sisters, Joan Belcher, Jonda Tillman, and Elnora Donahue all of North Little Rock, Arkansas; a special friend of St. Louis, Ms. Carlotta Cooper Charles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
