Winnie Mae Cooper, 92, of Prattsville, Arkansas departed this life Monday, April 15, 2019. She is survived by two sons, Don R. (Rosie) Cooper, Forrest Chester (Cleo) Cooper, one daughter, Brenda (Sterling) Lea, six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
