Fern Mayer

Fern Yount Mayer, 94, of Little Rock, passed away April 14, 2019. She was born on December 10, 1924 near Pangburn, Arkansas to Charles O. and Ida Mae Yount. Fern was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved sewing, gardening, and trips to the beach. She is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, L.A., Narvel, Adron, O.C., and Daniel Yount; and one daughter, Sue Green. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Tom Mayer; three sons, Steve Robinson (Jane), William Graham, and Gary Graham; one daughter, Tanya Tate Cummings; step-children, Mike and Jerry Mayer, and Georgana DeGroot and Julia Burrier; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 Highway 5 North Alexander, Ark. followed by a Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. with burial to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
