George M Petry

Reverand George M. Petry the son of Quint Petry and Louise Bertrand Petry was born in Crowley, Louisiana on April 4, 1935 and passed away in Heber Springs, Arkansas on April 19, 2019 at the age of 84 years. He was a Church Of The Nazarene Minister for many years and a school administrator. He was preceded in death by his parents Quint and Louise Petry, two brothers Quint Petry, JR and Henry Petry and two sisters Sybil Petry Lawrence and Marie Petry Franks. Survivors are his wife Phyllis Petry of Heber Springs , son Russell Petry of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, two daughters Pamela Petry of Austin, Texas, and Patricia Petry Ulmet and husband Hardy of Estherwood, Louisiana. a brother Michael Petry and wife Kathy of Orange, Texas, two sisters Melba Petry Boudreaux and husband Ron of New Market, Alabama and Margaret Petry Manuel and husband Allen of Beaumont, Texas, four grandchildren, Hardy Ulmet, Kara LeBleu, Tamela Millin and Candice Rue and eight great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. A visitation will be held Sunday, April 21, 2019 from 3 until 8 p.m. at Heber Springs Church Of The Nazarene, 206 South 8th Street and funeral services will be at the church on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 1 p.m. with burial in Vilonia Cemetery, Vilonia, Arkansas.
