Luella Strozier

LUELLA STROZIER, 85, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life April 18, 2019. She is preceded in death by mother Hattie Kimbrough, father Herman Strozier Sr. sister Emra Lee Lowe, daughter Carol Akannam, grandchildren, Ennis Oliver III and Kelsey Simone Strozier; great-grandchild Kelshun Mouton. She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Sie Moore, Ennis Oliver, Janice Smith, Billie Lowe, Carnell Lowe, Michael Strozier and Cartany Bolton; brother Herman (Bettie) Strozier; thirty six grandchildren, fifty great grandchildren, a host of great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and other family and friends.
