Henry Wilson Paden

Henry Wilson Paden, age 91, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on April 15, 2019. He was born October 16, 1927 in Lubbock, Texas to his late parents, Clifton and Lela Paden. Henry was a graduate of Harrison High School and attended the University of Wyoming and Wichita State University. Henry was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, volunteered with both the Immanuel Crisis Closet and the Arkansas Baptist Red Cross, and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. In addition, he enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing and was an avid Razorback fan. Henry was a wonderful dad, grand-pa and great-grand-pa. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Mary Jo Paden; one son, Henry "Scott" Paden (Lisa) of Little Rock and one daughter, Mary "Susan" Elliott (Phil) of Enid, Okla.; three grandchildren, Amber Schrantz (Doug) of Edmond, Okla., Kurt Elliott of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Rebecca Paden of Little Rock, Ark.; two great-grandchildren, Allie Schrantz and Abby Schrantz both of Edmond, Okla. and one brother, Robert Paden (Dorothy). A memorial service will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2019 in the Chapel of Roller-Chenal Funeral home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark.
