Charles E. Carter, age 61 of Little Rock was called home on Monday, April 15, 2019. Born October 4, 1957 to the late Earl and Delores Carter. Charles was preceded in death brothers David and Reuben Carter and a nephew, Paul Carter.
He is survived by the love of his life, Linda Phillips; son, Charles (Carisa) Carter, all of Little Rock; sister, Frances Carter of Las Vegas; brother, Ed (Mona) Wolfe; grandchildren, Ava Hill, Charles Carter Jr. and Laila Carter, all of Little Rock; aunts, Eloise Wright of McCory, Doris Wright of Cotton Plant; numerous cousins and lifelong friends, Clarence Bryeles, Bubba Spearling, Larry Head and Dub Sardin. Others survivors include special friend, Syrus (Rhonda) Phillips of Little Rock; along with a host of extended friends and loved ones.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Mt. Olive Cemetery near Bauxite with Reverend Bobby Allen Mitchell officiating.
