James Doss Sharp

James Doss Sharp, 91 of Springdale passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in Fayetteville. He was born November 16, 1927 in Springdale to Henry Morgan and Nellie Reed Sharp. Doss served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a cabinet maker, a farmer, loving father, grandfather and he was a very hard worker. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lillian Sharp, his second wife, Connie Sharp, one grandson, Devin Marrs and three brothers, Max, Carroll and Jay Sharp. Survivors include one son, Randy Sharp and wife Karen of Springdale; two daughters, Beckie Thompson and husband Troy and Lisa Blount and husband Jim both of Springdale; six grandchildren, Nathan Sharp, Ashley Ardemagni, Justin Marrs, Riley Marrs, Josh Blount and Alex Blount and many great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, April 26, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Pastor Allen Akin officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery.
