Linda Kaye Marek (Owens), age 69, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, was freed from her suffering on Monday, April 22nd, 2019. She fought a long, courageous battle against breast cancer, and she passed surrounded and held by everyone that she loved and cared for. In lieu of flowers, Linda has requested that donations be given to the Sunshine School of Searcy, Arkansas. Visitation will be Friday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home.
