William "Bill" Dwayne Kincannon, 81, of Quitman, Arkansas, passed away April 23, 2019. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 26, 2019 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Jerusalem, Arkansas.
