Betty Sue Stewart Meyer

BETTY SUE STEWART MEYER, age 88, of Sherwood, passed away April 26, 2019. She was born May 11, 1930, in Guy, Ark., to Doyle and Inez Stewart. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Frank J. Meyer. Betty Sue was a registered nurse and worked 31 years at the Veteran's Hospital. She dedicated her life to helping others. She was a member of Highway Baptist Church in North Little Rock. She is survived by her four children, Sheila Crane (Steve) of Magnolia, Linda Jacobs of North Little Rock, Charles Stewart of North Little Rock, and Shannon Hoffman (Mike) of Sherwood; six grandchildren, Whitney, Amber, Joshua, Brooke, Shelby and Samantha; five great-grandchildren, Conner, Landon, Morgan, Hunter and Waylon; and her beloved cat, Charlie. Visitation is Sunday, April 28, from 2 to 4 p.m. and funeral services on Monday, April 29, at 9 a.m., both at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills in North Little Rock.
