Charles Norman Ramsey, 75, of North Little Rock died Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at his home. Charles was born June 9, 1944 in Helena, Arkansas to Charles Edward Ramsey and Norma (Hudgins) Ramsey. He was a clerk for the Union Pacific Railroad and in the Arkansas National Guard. Survivors include his wife, Sandra (Ingram) Ramsey, one son, Matt Ramsey, one daughter, Andrea Ramsey, one step-daughter, Dana Neely. Charles was preceded in death by his father and mother. Anyone who knew Charles loved him. Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Sept. 21, 2019 at First United Methodist Church in Des Arc with memorial services immediately following at 2 p.m. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Garth Funeral home.
