James (Jim) D. Phillips, age 84, of Mena passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Funeral Tuesday, August 13, 2019, 10 a.m. at Northside Church of Christ in Mena. Interment will follow in the Cherry Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
