Ray Coble

Ray Coble of North Little Rock, 83, passed away August 16, 2019. He was born May 8, 1936 to Harry and Eva Coble of Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was an auto body and paint man early in his career and went on to work at Allstate insurance as a claim adjustor for 30 years. Ray spent his retirement years playing golf. Ray was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Raymond Coble. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ruby Wood Coble. Daughters, Cathy Turpin (Larry) of Bryant and Shari McGehee (Shawn) of Conway, grandchildren, Eric Turpin of Little Rock, Nicole Turpin of Benton, Kasey Brown of Sherwood, Paige Vick (Josh) of Jonesboro, Mindy Goshien (Clayton) of Northlake, Texas, Austin Brown of Los Angeles, Calif., Sydney Martinez (Matt) of Northlake, Texas, great-grandchildren Taylor Brown, Henley Kraft, Charli Goshien, and Isabella Martinez. Siblings Harry Coble of Florida and Donald Coble (Shirley) of Mountain Home. Also, a long list of, nieces and nephews of Jonesboro, Ark. Ray and Ruby formed long lasting relationships through coaching softball at Vestal and Burns Park while staying involved in school and community activities. They considered everyone as family, often traveling to tournaments and activities for their children and grandchildren.
