Alice Louise Wright

Alice Louise Wright, age 92, of Benton, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019. She was born February 12, 1927 in Hattieville, Arkansas. Louise was a member of United Missionary Baptist Church and worked several years at Smith Caldwell Drug Store. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, A.E. (Gene) Wright. She is survived by her daughter, Jean Porter and her husband, Herb, of Hot Springs Village and a grandson, Aaron Porter and his wife, Erin, of Austin, Texas. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 23 at Ashby Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, August 24 at Smith Rosemont Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Hulsizer will be officiating.
