William "Bill" C. Waller, Jr.

William C. "Bill" Waller Jr., passed away July 19, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Eula Mae Hales Waller, son William C. "Billy" Waller, III and wife Catherine of Seguin, Texas; daughter, Leslie Ann Waller of Norfolk, Va. and grandson, William C. "Will" Waller, IV of Cedar Park, Texas. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel in Monticello, Arkansas. Burial will be at Green Hill Cemetery, Green Hill, Arkansas.
