Molly Sue Johnson

Molly Sue Johnson, 69, of Alexander, Arkansas, passed away on August 22, 2019. She was born to John Toy and Thelma Lavada (Ohler) Barber in Watson, Arkansas on September 23, 1949. Molly is preceded in death by her parents, a brother; Larry Barber, a sister; Edith Hand and a grandson; Cody Isaac Boothe. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Jimmie Johnson, sons; Thomas (Aimee) Boothe, Bobby (Von) Boothe Jr., and daughters; Sandra (Michael) Armstrong and Gena (Johnny) Welch, 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, 11 brothers and sisters, numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Dale Armstrong, Derek Boothe, Devon Schoggin, Will Boothe, Garrett Boothe, Alex Boothe, Austyn Boothe, Brian Dobson, Caleb Dobson, and Jon Dunnam. Visitation will be Sunday, August 25, 2019, 1-2 p.m. at Thornton Funeral Home Chapel with services following at 2 p.m. with Bro. Thomas Boothe officiating, burial immediately following at Barber Cemetery in Sims, Ark. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, Ark.
