Frieda Huey

Frieda Huey, 93, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019 in Fayetteville. She was born November 30, 1925 in Snyder, Oklahoma to Herman and Lillie May Trigg Thien. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, George Gaddy and Gene Huey; two brothers; and one sister. Frieda is survived by two sons, Charles "Chuck" Smith and wife, Nancy of Prescott, Ark. and Robert Smith of Fayetteville, Ark.; a sister, Barbara Norton of Springdale; three grandchildren, Gary Smith, Kristal Price and Thomas Smith; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her extended family at Nantucket Apartments. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Beard's Chapel. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 30, 2019 at Beard's Chapel.
