Isaac Paul McCoy, 39, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday August 27, 2019. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother; Violet Langford, siblings; Timothy McCoy Jr., Cynthia McCoy Mooney (Tommy) and a host of relatives and friends.
