The world paused as Jeanette Ila Jones completed her tasks on earth and departed this life to reunite in heaven with her family on Aug. 28, 2019. She was born to parents Fred and Theodocia Klein on June 6, 1934, in upstate New York, but found herself at home in Guy and Greenbrier Arkansas. Jeanette was married to her best friend, "Sam" Jones, for 46 years and had seven children. She held many titles through the years while raising her large family: baker, chef, magician, comedian, housewife and of course healer. She may be best remembered for her time as a cafeteria employee in the Guy-Perkins School District, where she made lifelong friendships with coworkers and students. As his No. 1 fan and supporter, Jeanette was often at her husband's side. Some of her happiest moments were as a faithful devoted wife, mother and best friend. Jeanette - or Maw Maw Net - will be sorely missed by her husband, Richard Sam Jones, sons, Gary Robertson and Wesley Robertson, daughters, Sue Sherwood, Becky Rieben, Amy Parent and Dotie Smith. She will reunite with beloved son, Daniel Jones, who departed this life in 2001. Her legacy will carry on through her 18 grandchildren, who she often boasted about. There will be no services held, as Jeanette did not believe in all the fuss. As she would say today, I have lived a very full life of love. Arrangements by Griffin Leggett Conway.
