Melinda Sims

Melinda Sims, 72, of Little Rock passed away Friday, August 30, 2019. She retired from Turnage Employment after several years. Melinda was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Alyeene Sims and two brothers, Burk and Buddy Sims. She is survived by one brother, Chuck Sims; sister-in-law, Marilyn Sims; special friends, Judy Sims and Sharon Cagle, and beloved by her many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Sunday, September 1, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church in Hazen. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in the Hazen Cemetery. The family requests memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 712 Hazen, Arkansas 72064.
