Betty June Hawk of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away at 1:12 p.m. on November 30, 2019. She was born July 1, 1920 in Walker, Missouri to Luella and Ralph Kemp. She was a graduate of Chillicothe Business College, Chillicothe, Missouri, and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She was an artist, signature member of Mid-Southern Watercolorists, and the Arkansas League of Artists. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Bernard M. Hawk, one sister, and two sons, B. Mark Hawk, and Dr. Roger M. Hawk. She is survived by her son, Robert H. Hawk and his wife, one niece, one nephew, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Cremation will be followed by interment beside her husband at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Brockington Road Church of the Nazarene, 9860 Brockington Road, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120 where she attended.
