Peter David Shepherd

Peter David Shepherd, age 63, of Fayetteville, Ark., died Monday, December 2, 2019, in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born September 23, 1956, in Jonesboro, Ark., a son of the late Dr. Walter Francis Shepherd and Dana Valarie Sanderson Shepherd. Peter was a retired retail sales analyst and the widower of Kimberly Shepherd. Also, preceding him in death were brothers, Mike Shepherd, Philip Joseph Shepherd and a sister, Kathy Martin. Survivors are two sons, Philip Shepherd of Fayetteville, Ark., Alexander Shepherd of Ashville, N.C.; a daughter, Valarie Shepherd of Fayetteville, Ark.; two brothers Walter Patrick Shepherd of Harrison, Ark., Thomas Chandler Shepherd of Fayetteville, Ark.; four sisters Janet Utley of Jonesboro, Ark., Kris Shepherd of Memphis, Tenn., Suzanne Cook of Prairie Grove, Ark., and Margaret Rose Shepherd of Jonesboro, Ark. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, December 7, at Moore's Funeral Chapel. There are no funeral services planned with cremation by Moore's.
