John B Smircich

John B. Smircich, 68 of Cave Springs passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at his home. He was born August 1, 1951 in Pueblo, Colorado to Adam and Elenor Marteniz Smircich. He was a truck driver and a carpenter. He loved bowling, flying model airplanes, archery, dirt bike racing, riding street bikes, golfing and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ronald Smircich. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Sherrie Smircich of the home; two daughters, Mandy Belvin and husband Jon of Lowell and Cindy Smircich of Cave Springs; one grandson, Preston Smircich; two brothers, Ray Smircich and wife Kay of Colorado and Rodney Smircich and wife Carrie of Colorado; three sisters, Mearl Smircich of Colorado, Pearl Sandy and husband Matthew of West Fork and Saralynn VanMatre and husband Wesley of Colorado. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Cave Springs with Pastor Michael Battenfield officiating. Burial will follow in Cave Springs Cemetery.
