Joyce Kathryn Weir

JOYCE KATHRYN WEIR was born in Pocahontas to Viola and Burley Noblin on July 25, 1937. She left this world to meet Jesus on December 5, 2019. She was 82 years old. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock and formerly a member of First Baptist Church of Walnut Ridge. At a young age, she gave her life to the Lord and loved and served Jesus. She was a former employee of Jonathan Logan Manufacturing and a homemaker. She was a devoted wife, dedicated mother and beloved grandmother. She was an avid Razorback fan and loved the St. Louis Cardinals. But, her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, Charles B. Weir of Little Rock, her son and daughter-in-law Charles and Lynda Weir of Little Rock, her daughter and son-in-law Suzanne and Jack Morris of Fayetteville, as well as five grandchildren, Drs. Connor and Sarah-Bethany Weir of East Lansing, Mich., Amanda Weir of Little Rock, Morgan Morris of Siloam Springs and Casey Morris of Fayetteville. Graveside service Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 3 p.m., in the Masonic Cemetery in Pocahontas.
