Carl V. Fox, 79, of New Blaine, died on December 5, 2019 in Conway, Arkansas. He is survived by his two daughters, C. Jeania Fox and Liza Fox; son, Carl J. Fox; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
