Todd Alan Chapman, age 50 of Aransas Pass, Texas passed away unexpectedly in Mabelvale, Ark. on Friday, December 6, 2019. He was born in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin but spent the majority of his life in Little Rock, Arkansas. Todd went to high school at McClellan High School where he elevated the performances of the Lionettes by being their primo drummer. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Recording Industry from Middle Tennessee State University and spent most of his career in the audio/visual technology field. Todd is survived by his son, Brett Chapman and Brett's fiancé, Ashton; Brett's mother, Holly Lewis; his parents, Stan and Barbara Chapman; his brother and sister, Kevin Chapman (Christie) and Haley Ralston (Roy); many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; and his dog and cat, Barby and Calli. Todd loved his family, friends, his animals, fishing at the Quitman farm, the Razorbacks, Rush and the Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies. El Chico and Mickey's will most certainly feel the absence of one of their most beloved customers. He was unfailingly kind to all and made us laugh with his quick, dry and self-deprecating sense of humor. We will miss him terribly but know he's in a better place. There will be a memorial service to celebrate Todd's life at Geyer Springs United Methodist Church, 5500 Geyer Springs Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72209 on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11 a.m. with Daniel Kirkpatrick officiating. There will be a family visitation time before the service at 10 a.m. All are welcome. Memorials for Todd can be made to the Geyer Springs United Methodist Church Food Pantry at the address above and/or the American Heart Association (heart.org).
