She was preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Maggie Burns Sr. Siblings: Betty Scroggins and Arthell Burns; granddaughter: Kyrin Wilbert. She leaves memories with her husband: James L. Wilbert Sr.; children: Tricia (Randy) Delph, Byron, James Wilbert Jr., and Anthony (Kimberly) Jones; siblings: Willie (Carolyn), Richard Jr., Carl, Dawn Burns, Donna Boles and Vivian (Greg) Webb; 19 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
