William C. "Bill" Banister

William C. "Bill" Banister, 64, of North Little Rock, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019. He was born December 5, 1955 to the late Fred B. and Laura Pope Banister in Osceola. Bill is also preceded in death by his brothers, Michael and Barry Banister. Bill is survived by his daughters, Kristy Walters (Lance) and Laura Tucker (Greg); and grandchildren: Maddie and Lizzie Walters, Jerry and Zac Tucker. The family would like to thank best friend, Rita Sullivan and Arkansas Hospice for their loving care.
