Kathlene Anita Wetherbee Brown

Kathlene Anita Wetherbee Brown, 72, of Broken Arrow, Okla., went to be with the Lord on Dec. 11, 2019, surrounded by her family. She was born July 19, 1947, Ft. Smith, Ark., daughter of L.A. "Jim" Wetherbee Sr. and Mollie J. Reed Wetherbee. Kathy was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, and member of Florence Street Baptist Church of Broken Arrow. She was preceded in death by her parents. Kathy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Ted Brown; four children, Michael Williams of Fayetteville, Ark., Melinda Bowman (Matthew Cortez), Patrick Brown (Charissa), and Kelly Bailie (Adam); seven grandchildren, Trenton Bowman, Maddison, Koalton and Molly Bailie, Urijah Kobe Cortez, and Grayson Brown all of Broken Arrow, Okla.; one brother, Lowell A. Wetherbee Jr. (Leslie) of Bentonville, Ark.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. The service will be 3 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2019, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens Broken Arrow, Okla.
