Henry (Hank) Young, III, 48, of North Little Rock, died on December 10, 2019. Hank accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age at St. Joe Baptist Church, McAlmont, under the leadership of Pastor W.L. Smith. Hank graduated from Little Rock Central High School in 1989. He served his country in the United States Army from August 1989 to June 1996. He returned home and joined First Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor William L. Robinson on May 14, 2000, where he met his wife Kris R. Williams. They joined in union on September 11, 2010. Hank was later employed with Ally Financial Services, leaving after 10 years to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. Hank's passion to impact the youth of our future was instrumental in mentoring the youth at First Baptist Church, leading him and his wife to begin his own program, Step Up Mentoring in 2014. He and Kris would later go on to start Forever Young, Inc. Janitorial Services and Me and You Clothier. Hank was preceded in death by his father, Henry Andrew Young II; his paternal and maternal grandparents; and his sister, Michelle Young. Hank leaves to cherish his loving memories: his wife, Kris Young; his beautiful mother, Mary A. Young; daughters, India Young, Sasha Young, Sidney Mitchell, and Christian Young; his siblings, Michael (Dorothy), Evelyn Sims Coley (Thomas), Nehemiah (Beverly), Donna Kay Daniels (Carl), Harold (Karen), Steven (Kimberly), Clifton Killingsworth, Angelia Killingsworth, Tonya McGee (Eric), Christopher (Ashley). Visitation: Friday, December 20, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral: Saturday, December 21, 11 a.m., both services will be held at First Baptist Church, 811 S.A. Jones Dr., North Little Rock.
