ARTHUR RUDOLPH CONNERLY III, born November 24, 1937, departed this life December 21, 2019, at the age of 82.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur R. Connerly Jr. and Marion Tekla Connerly. Arthur is survived by his wife, Nancy Moore-Connerly and his three sons; Jeff (Sheila) Connerly, Scott (Anita) Connerly of Little Rock, Chris (Margaret) Connerly of Santa Fe, N.M; seven wonderful grandsons: Shane (Mindy) Connerly, Gray (Theresa) Lovelady, Garrett Lovelady, Sloan (Abby) Connerly, Nicholas Connerly, Liam Connerly, and Jacob Connerly; one granddaughter, Isabella Connerly; three great-grandchildren: Jayce, Gabrielle, and Brycen Connerly; and many nieces and nephews.
His passion in life was his family as he never forgot to tell them how much he loved them all. He was an avid duck hunter who could sing a mallard's love song with his many duck calls.
Arthur was employed by Arkla Gas Company for 28 years in sales and marketing, and served on several community services boards while employed. He was honored multiple times for his contributions, and awarded by his company and peers for his exceptional sales ability.
He was a faithful Christian who loved God and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
