Keiran K. Strobel, 65, of Gravette, Arkansas died Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. He was born September 8, 1954 in Great Bend, Kansas to Russell Leroy Strobel and June Moore. Keiran was an avid fisherman, enjoying fishing with his brother as often as they could get together. He was an accomplished woodworker and artist. Cars and Harley Davidson motorcycles were a hobby and passion of his. He enjoyed life, getting together with family and friends, and was a dedicated husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. Keiran worked in pest control and was a CDL truck driver and safety instructor in Texas, California and Arkansas. He retired from Walmart Aviation and most recently he enjoyed working for Enterprise. He was a faithful and dedicated servant to Christ and to his family. As a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, he devoted many hours to Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and served whenever called upon. Keiran was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, McKayla Strobel. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Mary Beth Zeltner Strobel; two sons, Chris Strobel and wife Hayley, Jason Strobel and wife Lacey all of Springdale; two stepsons, Tim Gibbons and wife Stephanie of Gravette, Eric Temes and wife Melissa of Boulder Creek, Calif. and close friend, like-a-son, Daniel Cobb and wife Thao of Centerton; four grandsons, Kage Strobel and Dominick Strobel of Springdale, Grant Gibbons and wife Julia, and Wyatt Gibbons and wife Kate of Gravette, one great-grandson, Maddok Strobel of Springdale; great-grandchildren, Easton, Bryleigh and Rowyn Gibbons of Gravette; brother, Phillip L. Strobel and wife, Diane of Burleson, Texas and one sister, Denise Reinas of Springdale, sister-in-law, Meredith A. Zeltner of Federal Way, Wash.; brother-in-law, William F. Zeltner and wife Anabelle of the Philippines and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m., Friday, January 3, 2020 at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Bella Vista. Memorials may made to St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church or Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. Keiran's wife and family would like to thank the staff of Ozark Community Hospital in Gravette, Highlands Oncology Group in Rogers, Mercy Hospital in Rogers and Circle of Life Hospice for the dedicated and tender care in his final days.
