Kenneth (Kenny) R. Wallace, 69, of North Little Rock, went to be with his Lord Jesus, Monday, December 16, 2019. He was born August 22, 1950 in Wareham, Massachusetts to the late Kendall W. and Thelma (Trent) Wallace. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Walter and Ivy Wallace, brother, Rickie Wallace, father-in-law, James Baygents, mother-in-law, Elenore Reichert and nephew, Christopher Rose. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Angela F Baygents Wallace, sister, Vickie Weaver (Steve), brother, Terry Wallace, sister-in-law, Patricia Widell, nieces: Stacy Allen (Michael), Melissa Rose-Medina (Tim), nephews: Derek Weaver, Jeremy Rose, a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends. Kenny was an Air Force veteran having served 21 1/2 years. While in the Air Force he served in both Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He also attended Community College of the Air Force, graduating in 1984. After his retirement he went to work for the Dept of Homeland Security in NLR, Ark. In his younger years he enjoyed bowling and playing drums for his band Systematic Sounds at the teen club on Little Rock Air Force base. He was an avid Razorback and Green Bay Packer fan. As a lifetime member of the VFW he enjoyed getting together with friends to reminisce. He also loved playing with and caring for their two puppies Cloie and Bella. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK Blvd., North Little Rock. Visitation one hour prior to service.
