Charlene W. Sevastos, age 76, of Wickes, Ark., passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2019, in Texarkana, Texas. Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at 10 a.m., at the Daniel Cemetery Chapel .Interment will follow in the Daniel Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
