Evelyn Carmie Hardcastle

Evelyn Carmie (Fultz) Hardcastle, age 82, of Springdale, went to be with her Heavenly Father January 29, 2019. Evelyn was born July 24, 1936 in Osage, Arkansas to Macy (Howerton) and Dewey Fultz. Preceding her in death were her husband, Murrell Hardcastle, son, Johnny Hardcastle, brother, Doyel (Meryetta) Fultz and sister, Dolus (J.D.) Baker. Evelyn was retired from Emerson Electric, an avid reader and gardener, and an excellent cook. Evelyn is survived by sons, Jimmy (Tamarra) Hardcastle of Pea Ridge, Vernon (Becky) Ford of Rogers; sister, Karen (Jack) McBroom of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Brittney Hardcastle, Tony Hardcastle, Tammy Upshaw (Jason), Evedna Hardcastle-Salinas (Rafael) and Corrin Pitto; eleven great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Evelyn touched so many lives during her time on this earth. Her genuine love for the Lord was manifested in her kind, sweet spirit. Her love and compassion for others knew no bounds. Her absence from our lives will be deeply felt, yet there is rejoicing in knowing that she was welcomed into our Savior's open arms. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A,M, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Mercy and Grace Cathedral in Springdale. Interment will follow at the Friendship Cemetery in Springdale. Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 West Walnut, Rogers.
