James Lawrence Heath

James Lawrence Heath, 75, of Cabot, passed away on January 29, 2019 at home with his loving family. He was born June 12, 1943 in Bartow, Florida. He married Judy on July 10, 1981. He proudly served in the United States Army for 30 years, including two terms in Vietnam and retired as a Sergeant Major, E-9 in 1990. He then became a police officer at UALR for 22 years and retired as a lieutenant. He is survived by his wife, Judy, brother, Chris Heath, sisters Diane Kent & Betty Conklin, son, Robert Heath (Brandy), daughter, Cindy Chesser (Dustin), seven grandchildren, Hannah Bloodworth, Christopher James Heath, Richard & Christopher Goodman, JoAnna Heath, Wyatt and Levi Chesser. Visitation will be Saturday, February 2, from 10-10:30 a.m. at Cabot Church of Christ followed immediately by the service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock.
