Mrs. Ruby Lee Binns, 86, of Pine Bluff passed January 23, 2019. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, 10 a.m. at Faith Temple C.O.G.I.C. with Elder Dr. Haywood Battles Officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Paradise Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. "Only Paradise Can Serve You Better!"
