Eric M. Leisman

ERIC M. LEISMAN, 54, of Little Rock, passed away on Tuesday, January 22. He was born on March 17, 1964 in North Little Rock to Major Richard F. Leisman and Carolyn Morgan Leisman. Eric graduated from Enid High School in Enid, Okla., before attending Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Arkansas. Following his studies, he became a Licensed Plumber and loved his job. He was a member of Shepherd of Peace Lutheran Church in Maumelle. He enjoyed playing water volleyball, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, and was a true Chicago Cubs fan! He was very active with volunteer work, spending many hours assisting at local animal shelters. He is preceded in death by his father, Major Richard F. Leisman; grandparents, C.C. "Chic" and Nell Hardin Morgan and Herman and Ruth Leisman; Aunt Ruth Burnham and husband Larry, Uncles "CD" Morgan and Harold Johnson. Surviving Eric are his mother, Carolyn Leisman; sister, Martha K. Leisman; Aunts and Uncles, Barbara Morgan, Rachel (Ba-Ba) Johnson, John and Kathy Harkins; and 10 first cousins who he adored. Memorial Service celebrating Eric's life will be held on Saturday, February 9, beginning at 2:00 P.M. at Shepherd of Peace Lutheran Church, 449 Millwood Circle, Maumelle, Ark. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Eric's name to any charity that provides assistance to animals in need.
