Tammie Luster

Ms. Tammie Luster, age 55, of Dover, died Sunday, February 10, 2019, at her home. She was born May 27, 1963, in Pine Bluff to Roy and Winnie Powers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Wayne Boykin. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Racquel Martinez, of Russellville; a son, Arnoldo Martinez, of Pine Bluff; a brother, Thomas Powers, of Pine Bluff; three sisters, Brenda Robinson, of Little Rock, Debbie Moore and Cheryl Lynn Ray, both of Pine Bluff; three grandchildren, Aaden, A'Marie and Esmerelda Martinez; and many other relatives and friends.
